<p>Ayodhya has been in the news since the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Ram Temple; this city is said to be the birthplace of Lord Ram. On January 24, the temple will eventually be opened, and devotees from all over the world will be there for the dedication. The construction of the Ram temple has helped every area and cranny of Ayodhya. The real estate market in Ayodhya has also been impacted by this. The price of real estate has increased fourfold in Ayodhya. The cost of real estate is increasing in Ayodhya more than in other major Uttar Pradesh cities.</p>

<p>According to a Moneycontrol article that references data by ANAROCK, land values have skyrocketed, both in the vicinity of Ayodhya’s Ram temple and beyond. For example, land in the Faizabad Road area cost between Rs 400 and Rs 700 per square foot in 2019; by October 2023, it had increased to Rs 3,000 per square foot from Rs 1,500. Similar to this, the average cost of land in Ayodhya City has increased, going from Rs 1,000–2,000 per square foot in 2019 to Rs 4,000–6,000 per square foot at this time.</p>
<p>Abhinandan Lodha House plans to start building a 25-acre residential plot development project in Ayodhya in January. Well-known hotel chains like Taj and Radisson want to buy property here as well. Ayodhya has also attracted everyone’s attention due to its upgraded infrastructure and government initiatives to make the city a major worldwide religious center, especially in light of the Ram Temple. Ayodhya’s religious significance has led investors to see the city as the most lucrative location for real estate investment.</p>
